These factors initiated the founding of the die Weidmüller Academy in 2003 which combines activities for qualification, building up of knowledge within the company and transfer of knowledge with external institutions and partners.

The Academy's activites range from local to international and has a self-understanding of an institution of global networking. It supports and demands openness, creativity, team spirit and a passion for technology.
